RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason there is a problem we are more than happy to offer a refund, exchange, credit or replacement on all goods within 7 days of purchase (for purchases made through the website, you must at least notify us within this time and alert us to any reasons for wanting to return/exchange).
If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
To be eligible for a return, exchange or for credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. This can be tricky with these delicate skincare products, so please be sure to take special care when handling items. To complete your return, exchange or credit, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you purchased an item with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
If an item you purchased was on sale then it may not be eligible for a refund. If you have any doubts please contact us before purchasing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. When returning or exchanging items, please be sure to pack items carefully in the same way you received them. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packed items.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will then credit your account/card for the cost of the item and will send you an email confirmation once the process is completed. Please allow 5-7 business days, depending on your issuing bank or credit card company, for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
What matters more than anything to us is that you are happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right then please do not hesitate to get in contact.
MAKING A RETURN
To return your item(s), first contact us to inform us of the return. Please be aware that customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning any item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
